The Big Bollywood Dream : Harper's Bazaar

In a first of it's kind, Bollywood director - Tarun Mansukhani (of Dostana fame), directed a fashion story for BAZAAR, India. It was an incredible experience making his vision come alive. The shoot took two very long days and took us from plush hotel suites to heritage Portugese bungalows all the way to the train tracks.
The story charts the journey of a young girl who comes to then-Bombay with stars in her eyes and her dreams come true. Her journey is photographically charted over ten decades with each image representing a decade in the 100 years of Bollywood. The Bollywood Dream - a story that's been retold over and over but never loses it's charm!
